I’m mixing it up a little this week and have moved What I Ate Wednesday to today and finally my food is also a little more creative too (it feels like I’ve been eating breakfast bake for years!).
But this week things changed, there’s an all new work breakfast and lunch has moved on from salads!
So the brand spanking new breakfast is……..banana bread! Okay a bit of an interesting choice but I’ve made it Primal, so it’s high protein and pretty healthy and very tasty to boot! I’ll play with the recipe a bit and then I’ll post it on here. It’s yet another one that lasts well and is great for eating on the go:
Lunch was pretty much nearly eaten before I took a photos because that’s how good it tastes but it is not the prettiest meal. It’s basically a Primal take on Corned Beef Hash but obviously without the corned beef, I might add in a recipe at some point but I’ll have to work out how to make it prettier first!:
Dinner was a frozen prawn meal with frozen veg care of Lee as he volunteered to cook bless him (so the veg isn’t pure Primal and the sauce no doubt had some bad stuff in it but it tasted good and I’m not perfect)!:
Snacks were a few squares of dark chocolate, a little extra banana bread and some peanut m and ms (back to me not being perfect again!).
