It was about half 6 this evening when my lovely friend Anna text me saying: “Low tide at 7….wanna go wellie walking?”. I mulled over the options. there was staying at home, making lunch for work tomorrow, washing my hair and watching a little TV or going out into the fresh air, nature and spending time with my friend. Of course I chose the latter!
The weather had been raining and windy for most of the day but towards this evening it actually started to become clearer and the rain stopped and then it was just magnificent, the sea was gentle and clear, the sand was soft to walk on and it was so refreshing and tranquil walking by the sea. As ever I had to capture the moment:
